Pay and Benefits for Employees

In addition to the free travel that is part of your onboard job, you will also be paid every two weeks. All crew members are paid by checks, and the pay is calculated in US dollars. Employees from the US have federal taxes withheld but others with Disney Line Cruise jobs will have to pay their own taxes. Medical coverage is provided to each employee while they are working for the company. As a member of the Disney family you will also get free admission to all of the theme parks and attractions.

Travel

Your job will make you very travel wise. Crew members will enjoy sailing the Caribbean and they can experience the excitement of visiting some of the world's most popular islands. The Eastern Caribbean trips include stops at St. Croix, St. Maarten, Tortola, Castaway Cay and St. Thomas. When the ships head to the Western Caribbean those individuals with Disney Line jobs aboard the vessels can expect to see Cozumel, the Grand Caymans, and Key West.
